Heidi Chen
Heidi Chen has been teaching yoga for more than 8 years. She feels blessed and is deeply grateful to all the teachers who have inspired her on this path, including Richard Freeman, Chuck Miller, Jules Levinson, Partrick Creelman and Stephen Thomas.
Throughout years of regular practice and study in Ashtanga vinyasa, she has realized that the ying and yang, inside and outside, even between each inhalation and exhalation in yoga, is actually the same as seeking balance in daily life. Describing herself as hyperactive and often lack of patience, Heidi says yoga helps to bring her back to center, allowing her to slow down and enjoy the journey. In her classes, Heidi emphasizes proper alignment to ensure a safe and stable yoga practice. She is always passionate and humble to share the joy of yoga with students.
Over the years, Heidi has been teaching public classes and workshops in Taiwan. She has completed several teacher intensives and advanced workshops with Richard Freeman and a number of renowned teachers. Curretnly, she continues to study extensively with Richard Freeman.
