Start with Breathing Fully

Has anybody noticed that how often we take a full breath everyday? Even though in the yoga class following the yoga teacher’s instruction, do we really take a full breath? Actually, it’s not easy to take a full breath because it requires high attention. Some people might say, come on, breath in and out, every one can do it and every one is doing it of course besides died people. Yes it is true but is everyone gaining the benefits from doing it? While we are taking full breath, our chest is opening up, the space between each ribs is expanding… and the most important thing happening is that our mind is actually empty. We might not notice that but it is true. (Try it yourself, have your eyes closed, and just focus on your breathing for couple minutes, remember, breath in fully and breathe out completely) We will continue with this topic next week.
